- Suspicious financial transactions
- Violation of applicable laws
You may also request account closure at any time through our support team. It is possible to complete the appropriate withdrawal process before the account is closed.
2.4 — Updating Your Information
If any of your account details change (such as your mobile number or email), it is your responsibility to inform u9999 support immediately. u9999 will not be responsible for any service issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 — Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, security verification or other technical reasons may cause some delay.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (unless support approves otherwise). All applicable wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
3.4 — Transaction Verification
u9999 reserves the right to carry out a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for any transaction. Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 — Welcome Bonus Terms
u9999's welcome bonus gives new members 100% of their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- ৳42,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000
The bonus is awarded once only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once on a single account may result in both accounts being cancelled.
4.2 — Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must place bets equal to 10 (ten) times the bonus amount. This requirement applies to the bonus amount only — not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 — Bonus Abuse
Abuse of the bonus system — including bonus arbitrage, attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets, or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.
4.4 — VIP Program Terms
u9999's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit:

- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
